Late August	New York City and Buenos Aires	Quartet San Francisco has been honored with both a Special Prize and the Grand Prize in the International Tango Competition, held May 10-12 2004 at the Auditorium of the Consulate General of Argentina in New York City. As a result of this award, the Quartet will be performing again in New York City and Long Island, and traveling to Argentina to perform in Buenos Aires' famous Tango venues in late August 2004.
